5 Ways Of Natural Body Detoxification

Today we review the methods of a natural body detox, which actually leaves you no work to do except caring for your body as usual through exercise and a healthy diet. The body can detoxify itself on it's own power. There are five ways that the body detoxifies itself, using it's organs to do the work, but first...
You might have the question which is WHY are detox products created if we can do it on our own? Did you even know that detox products are not the only way to detoxify your body? If you haven't read the post on the supposed scam of detoxifying your body, I recommend you at least skim that section, as this post will be an extension to further prove why I believe in the subject of detoxification. It will be a short series to explain the purpose of these products and some further insight on detoxification itself, and why you need the process to live a healthy life.

The body detoxifies itself naturally in five ways, they are through the kidneys, the respiratory system, the digestive system, the liver, and your skin. If you wanted to find out how to detoxify your body in the past, all you needed to know was that you should exercise frequently and eat a nutritional diet in order that your body will function properly and be able to take on the task of detoxifying yourself on autopilot.

The Ways Of A Natural Body Detox


The kidney:
The bodies detoxifies itself through the kidneys by the ways of removing liquid waste, also known as urine. The process is simple - you eat food and drink liquids - the body digests the substances to remove nutrients in order to help the body function properly. Your body is mostly made of water, so it makes sense that you need to be properly hydrated throughout the day and in order to complete whatever tasks you have to do. The best choice liquid for hydration by the way is water - it's what your body is composed of, doesn't get any more simple than providing your body with one of the basic fuels it need to operate.
After the digestive process has finished, the remaining substance contains nothing beneficial to the body, thereby it contains everything that is harmful if re-ingested. In relation to liquid waste, the kidneys filter out the toxins and you let it all out through urine by either access from the vagina or the penis.

The respiratory system:
A less obvious method of how the body detoxifies itself, this time through the air. The respiratory system, which includes your lungs and diaphragm, not only give you the oxygen you need to breathe, but expels the carbon dioxide that you need to get rid of, or else you would die. Now this is obvious, but carbon dioxide is not the only harmful substance removed through the respiratory system - you breathe in numerous amounts of toxic chemicals everyday, and it gets worst from all the products created for us. The air, land and water becomes polluted with the chemicals used during manufacturing these products, and some new chemicals are produced - and these are even more dangerous for your body. Each day you breathe all these chemicals - carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen, and then chemical compouns such as ammonia and benzene. Some of these chemicals are cancer causing agents, defined as carcinogens. Other effects on the body from contraction of these chemicals include memory loss, skin diseases, cell destruction and even death.

The digestive system:
Natural body detoxification using the digestive process is similar to that of the kidneys. In this case the liver, large and small intestines deal with solid food which eventually becomes solid waste full of toxic material to be expunged through the anus.

The liver:
The liver "transforms" toxic substances into water-soluble substances. This means that they can be put out of the body through urine or perspiration, which leads us to the final step of a natural body detox.

The skin:
Ever wonder why people frequent sauna rooms and spas? Why would people actually want to do something as disgusting like sweating on purpose - what could they possible gain by actually wanting to stay in a hot and stuffy room, sitting around and doing nothing for minutes. The skin actually detoxifies the body through sweat - toxins are expelled out of the body through the pores of the skin. When you shed dead skin cells, you also remove some toxins from the body in that process as well.

Wonder No More On How To Detoxify Your Body


The organs of the body complete so many processes, especially the liver - but that is a post on it's own for another day. In this case, some of the same organs also help remove harmful substances from your body in order to keep you healthy. You just have to eat organic and naturally healthy food, and exercise more than once per week. Keep your body in shape and working strength and it will protect you from harmful toxins automatically.

Detoxify Is a Lie | Why Your Body Needs It

Good day my future stalkers. Today’s post on how to detoxify your body will be a different one. We will still be talking about how to detox your body, but we won’t have a review of a specific method. As you can tell so far, this post won’t be as informational and cold-hearted as the others, but I’m sure you’ll still come out with information on detoxification and how it relates to your body. I’m coming down from the heavens of research to reach some misguided people on they’re own playing fields. Without further ado…

Detoxification. I’ve been researching for topics to post, even though I haven’t in a while, I’m still researching, guess what I’ll post something for you today *hint hint*. I’ve come across a few lamebrains concerning the detox foot patches who have it stuck in their minds that detoxification isn’t a real process.

What the fuck.

Detoxification isn’t a real process? Now being a person obviously interested in the damn subject, that still doesn’t add to the reason why I believe detoxification IS a real thing. I mean come on; even a child knows such things are FACT. (Okay, so you could’ve forgotten what you’ve learned at school as a kid, that’s normal…but NOT an excuse to stay behind in the passenger seat. NOW is the time to step it up, don’t fall behind again!)

Time to sit down with a cup of coffee folks, this will be a long post.

How The Body Detoxifies Itself


What is the purpose of excreting solid or liquid material every now and then throughout the day? Now I could end the post right there and we’ll be on the same page suddenly and figure out that the body itself is one way you can detoxify your body. For the clueless still, simple things are going on here. You eat food, drink some fluids and wait. Then your body hijacks the vitamins and minerals in order to use them as nutrients and fuel your body and processes. The rest of the food and drink come out your body either through your ass or the respective locations in the frontal area (just around the pelvis) of a male or female. And they do not come in pairs, my little teenage pervs.

Guess what, that is one way to detoxify your body people. I could’ve rewritten that question but I wanted to drag you along for an explanation, just so I can be sure I’ve done my part, and those lost are just hopeless. (What can I say- Excuse my mood today)

So the question of today: if the body can detoxify itself, why do we have these detox products? I answer, “Why do we have any product?” Huh?

Simple, yet again, but sometimes even the simplest answer is the hardest to recognize.

The History Of Detoxification, Sort Of


All products, techniques, machines, etc. born into society from our minds are created to make our lives easier by making them more efficient. If you believe the former statement, then you should also trust me when I say we do not need any of it.

For example, yes - even toothpaste and soap. We make these things with our hands - every person with some culture and tradition in them should suddenly remember and be nodding their heads at this point. You see, these homemade products get us by the processes of, in this case, oral and body health. They get us clean ENOUGH to last the day and be healthy.

But neither you nor do I will settle for anything that gets us to GOOD ENOUGH, we want to excel past that, and that is what all products are made for. They strap us on a rocket ship and crash through GOOD ENOUGH and take us into ADVANCED.

Toothpastes and soap that are manufactured not only gets our teeth and body healthy ENOUGH, they make us HEALTHIER so that some special things might occur: instead of just cleaning the germs off of us, we’ve become so healthy we start KILLING germs AFTER we cleaned ourselves. Or sometimes the soap recipe goes stale and we can’t clean ourselves good enough, a soap product will ENSURE that you are clean AS POSSIBLE, instead clean ENOUGH, so you can bet your right arm that you are healthy enough to make it through the day.

Why Do You NEED To Detoxify Your Body


Back to detoxification and the products created in this topic. With every action there is a consequence. There are so many advanced piles of crap out there, but we can’t have all the good stuff for free, right? So how do we pay for these things being made for us other than out of our wallets? How about with our minds, bodies, emotions and spirits? Huh?
Focus, with anything created in the world today there is BOUND to be some side effect created at the same time: pollution you might recognize it to be. Chemical, chemicals, chemicals people.

They’re in our air, in our water, in our land, and IN OUR BODIES. Can you see where I’m going?

You already now know that the body DOES in fact remove wastes by one of the many processes that we happen to us unconsciously every day. I’m pretty sure you will believe me when I say we can absorb these same wastes ( yes, I just said what I just said, and people have, will, and continue to do it - nasty) into our bodies, thereby intoxicating our bodies with useless, good for nothing waste that contribute nothing but the bad stuff - diseases, illness, puke ( I’m still stuck on the sentence above), and so on. We even get mentally ill - stress, headaches, memory loss, paralysis - people these issues are no myth and I don’t have to go on, you live in the same world as I do, you know the horrors that occur day in and day out.

What, then I DARE ask, makes it so impossible to believe that we can absorb ANY harmful substance into our bodies, and that these substances will ALSO cause these same or even WORSE effects to us? I’m ashamed to write a post, but today in this age, we’ve moved up so fast that we’ve forgotten a few things in the past that helped us reach these places we are today.
Come on people, do you STILL disbelieve in detoxification? Do you think the body can’t remove these new chemicals being created just so you can lose more weight instead of getting off the chair and getting active for reasons other than “recess time”?

The Detox Foot Pad

Assuming you’ve all read the previous article on How to Detox Your Body, you would know a great deal on detox diets than you had known before arriving to this site. You also know that there are more ways than one to detoxify your body, which introduces today's topic on detox pads and patches, also known as detox foot pads and patches, giving a new option for detoxification plans in which one applies patches on their feet before going to sleep , immediately undergoing detox treatment up until the morning when they are to be removed. The ingredients are all natural, so there are no side effects besides an allergic reaction if you have one. The only thing you have to lose is a couple day’s worth of fast food, which would actually do you some good. Everything else to gain includes more energy, better sleep, better skin complexion, improved immune system health, decreased stress, decrease in pain, and a couple dollars saved from missing out on junk food to buy cheap healthy food to improve your health even more. With a good health (exercise) plan added on to using detox foot pads, your life will be on the right path to a long life of fitness and health.

What’s with the craze surrounding detoxing your body? As the world enters an era where maintaining one’s health is a major priority, the detoxification process, or detox for short, seems to rank high with the many methods and diets used in achieving this goal. Seeing that you have arrived at this site, I take it you too have decided to be serious about your health, but don’t know whether detoxing your body is a good choice to take. Here at the How To Detoxify Your Body site, we aim to provide your with as much information to help you make the right choice and work towards and maintain a healthy body.

So, what is the detox process? Detoxification basically concerns the ability to remove harmful substances from your body. By simply living in a certain environment, your body will come in contact with many toxins that attribute to the damage in your body. Substances such as free radicals even lead to physical changes in your body, such as wrinkles and aging of skin and organs. While the experts recommend eating healthy foods, chances are that you weren’t born eating healthy, so some damage has already been done. Besides, a healthy diet isn’t always the cure to all your problems. For example, to build muscles you need a healthy diet with protein, but that isn’t enough. You also need to workout! If you’re wondering why I used that example, muscle deteriorates as you age, and common sense tells us we need muscles to move around, so some of your mobility goes away with it. By now I hope you’ve learned that you need to combine a healthy diet with some kind of plan to ensure your body gets all the proper treatment it needs. One of these plans could be the detox diet for you, but who knows until you’ve gathered all the information you need?

So far, you’ve learned about toxic substances that harm your body simply due to where you live. Well, you can also cause harm to your body by eating the wrong kinds of food, drinking the wrong drinks (time to tone it down party boy!), and coming in contact with the wrong chemicals (pollution anyone?). I’m sure we all know about what bad foods could do to your body, but how many of us know what makes a bad food….well, bad? Let’s see….preservatives, color additives, flavor additives, trans fats, partially hydrogenated oils, acids, insect/animal contamination, other kinds of contamination (hair, material, dirt, etc.), bacteria, viruses, radiation,…a little blue in the face? I think you got the point. Please don’t be afraid to eat food anymore, granted there are some little bad guys hitching a ride on your sour cream covered tortilla chip, your state of health isn‘t in as much danger as it seems.

On to the process of detoxing your body, the main point of this paper. Is it a good idea? If you haven’t experienced it already, sooner or later you’ll find the critics of detoxing methods. The experts tell us that our body has it’s own natural detoxification center, including the lungs, heart, kidneys and skin. Though this may be true, ask yourself is it enough? Consider the change your environment has undergone due the technological advances your area has made, and the pollution is has brought - all those chemicals in the air, the animals and plants (YOUR FOOD!!!), and water sources that eventually end up inside you. You could wait until your body adapts to handle these problems in the next decade or so, or try detoxifying yourself NOW and lending your body a hand.

Criticism includes dehydration, muscle breakdown, nutrient deficiencies, weight GAIN, loss of intestinal bacteria (the good kind), and the simple idea that such toxins don’t exist. I can only say that common sense tells you to drink water when thirsty (besides, what‘s a detox program without one of the best detoxifiers?), eat a healthy diet with protein and amino acids for muscle and achieving your nutrition goals, and sticking to a health fitness plan to avoid gaining all the weight you will lose once you try a detox diet. Remember, a health plan is something you stick to, FOREVER, or else…you’ll end up like the people who didn’t stick to their health goals, who have to remain nameless. And you know that’s a bad thing. With the intestinal bacteria loss, no worries they will come back. Besides, aren’t there pills and yogurts that provide those guys for you? So try to detoxify your body today, I ensure you with a good amount of knowledge, a healthy dose of common sense and a good plan, there’s nothing to lose….well except the toxins attacking your insides, a few pounds, your low self-esteem, some loose clothes, a few bills for new and more fitting clothes, days being late to work, feelings of laziness, sicknesses, addictions, cravings, and the time you’ve spent on that chair all day long. But besides that, there’s nothing to lose.
