The body detoxifies itself naturally in five ways, they are through the kidneys, the respiratory system, the digestive system, the liver, and your skin. If you wanted to find out how to detoxify your body in the past, all you needed to know was that you should exercise frequently and eat a nutritional diet in order that your body will function properly and be able to take on the task of detoxifying yourself on autopilot.

The Ways Of A Natural Body Detox


The kidney:
The bodies detoxifies itself through the kidneys by the ways of removing liquid waste, also known as urine. The process is simple - you eat food and drink liquids - the body digests the substances to remove nutrients in order to help the body function properly. Your body is mostly made of water, so it makes sense that you need to be properly hydrated throughout the day and in order to complete whatever tasks you have to do. The best choice liquid for hydration by the way is water - it's what your body is composed of, doesn't get any more simple than providing your body with one of the basic fuels it need to operate.
After the digestive process has finished, the remaining substance contains nothing beneficial to the body, thereby it contains everything that is harmful if re-ingested. The respiratory system:
A less obvious method of how the body detoxifies itself, this time through the air. The air, land and water becomes polluted with the chemicals used during manufacturing these products, and some new chemicals are produced - and these are even more dangerous for your body. Each day you breathe all these chemicals - carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen, and then chemical compouns such as ammonia and benzene. Some of these chemicals are cancer causing agents, defined as carcinogens. Other effects on the body from contraction of these chemicals include memory loss, skin diseases, cell destruction and even death.

The digestive system:
Natural body detoxification using the digestive process is similar to that of the kidneys. In this case the liver, large and small intestines deal with solid food which eventually becomes solid waste full of toxic material to be expunged through the anus.

The liver:
The liver "transforms" toxic substances into water-soluble substances. This means that they can be put out of the body through urine or perspiration, which leads us to the final step of a natural body detox.

The skin:
Ever wonder why people frequent sauna rooms and spas? Why would people actually want to do something as disgusting like sweating on purpose - what could they possible gain by actually wanting to stay in a hot and stuffy room, sitting around and doing nothing for minutes. The skin actually detoxifies the body through sweat - toxins are expelled out of the body through the pores of the skin. When you shed dead skin cells, you also remove some toxins from the body in that process as well.
